We style a beautiful backdrop and provide the most amazing Santa - you bring your sweet family and make some memories! Please note that, due to illness, we have a new wonderful Santa this year!
As with years past, you will take your own pictures and video. The charge helps to ensure that those who sign up for one of our few coveted spots have incentive to attend and to help cover the expenses of Santa’s visit.
You are signing up for a time frame to visit within but it is NOT an hour long visit. We just ask that you come and go within your hour time slot; it’s our only way of ensuring everyone makes their way in without getting too much of a backlog going into the next hour and helping to prevent over tired meltdowns of little ones waiting in long lines. Once you make it to Santa, each visit is less than five minutes.
The time slot is per family not per child so you only need to purchase 1 ‘ticket’ for your family, not one per child.
After seeing Santa, we’d love to invite you to shop around the store. Tickets are non-refundable.
Once you fill your cart, you *should* see a store pick up option listed. If one doesn't pop up, it means that some items in your cart are available in one store and some available in our other store. If it doesn't give you the option, you can just enter a note at checkout about which store you'd like to pick up in. If it's trying to charge shipping, enter code PICKUP to waive the shipping cost or we'll just refund you for the cost if you pick up in store!
If it only gives you one store option to pick up in, it means those items are all available in that one store but, not to worry, we can get it to the other store for you if you prefer to pick up there. You guessed it, just enter a note at check out!
No matter what, we'll get you taken care of just as fast as we possibly can!
